In addition to the base tuition, there is an Enrollment Fee of $180 per family. This covers one yearbook per family, general supply fee (paper towels, tissues, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, etc.), and an administrative fee. There is also a Technology Fee of $135 per student (K-8) that will be invoiced through FACTS and due on August 1.

While we have announced our updated tuition rates for the upcoming school year, we lead with the wonderful news that the vast majority of our families qualify for the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship.
Through this state-funded program, most families can have the majority—and in many cases, the entirety—of their tuition covered. We are committed to ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of a faith-filled education.

Payment in Full – A family may elect to pay the tuition in full no later than August 1. Families will be invoiced through FACTS Management for the tuition. All families are required to have a FACTS Management account for tuition, registration fee, field trips, etc.
Payment Over 10 Months – Families may elect to pay the tuition due over a period of ten months with a $53 set up fee. Payments will begin in August and run through May. All families are required to have a FACTS Management account for tuition, registration fee, field trips, etc.
Families registering after the cutoff date for the first monthly payment will have their total balance due divided by the number of months remaining in the program.
The monthly payments are electronically processed each month by FACTS Management from the family’s designated checking, savings account, or credit card.
Any checking, savings account, or credit card transaction returned due to insufficient funds, inadequate credit limit, or use of an invalid card, will be charged a $30 Insufficient Funds fee from FACTS Management and reported to St. Thomas More as delinquent. Each return for insufficient funds or low credit limit will be liable to pay all bank and late fees in addition to the tuition. The family will have 14 days to correct the problem and bring the account into a current status including the payment of all fees. Additionally, FACTS Management will charge the family account on file a $30 late fee for any charge not paid by the due date.
Families may monitor their account or seek assistance by directly contacting FACTS Management.
EdChoice Scholarship – The current scholarship value amount is for a maximum amount of $6,166 per student. Your awarded amount will be entered into the family’s FACTS account after receiving the final award amount from the Ohio Department of Education. All families are required to have a FACTS Management account for tuition, enrollment fee, field trips, etc.
Please be sure to select the Payment in Full payment plan if you are planning to pay your remaining tuition due after Scholarship by August 1st. FACTS will charge the $53 enrollment fee when your account is finalized and this fee is non-refundable.

Students’ families who are physically relocated out of the area served by the parish may request a refund according to the following schedule:
Before July 1 100% Refund
Before December 1 50% Refund of total due, if paid
Before February 1 25% Refund of total due, if paid
After February 1 NO REFUND
Students who are withdrawn for any other reason are responsible for the entire balance of their tuition, but they may request a review of their case by the Pastor. School records are not released for such transfers until the entire bill is paid and all other outstanding financial obligations have been satisfied.
