St. Thomas More School offers open enrollment for Preschool through Grade 8. Admission is granted to students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin. Preschool students must be 3 years old by September 30 and potty-trained. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 30.

New Families

We warmly welcome our new families who have chosen St. Thomas More School for their child’s education! To complete your registration process please follow the steps below. If you have any questions about the registration process contact Mrs. Marsha Barnes at 513-753-2540 or mbarnes@sttmschool.org.

  • Fill out the New Family Registration
  • Provide the following:
    • Certified original birth certificate (will be copied and returned)
    • Health record including immunizations. Click here for forms.
    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    • Copy of most recent report card, standardized test, and discipline report (if applicable).

Transfer Students

Transferring students entering grades 1-8 will need to go through the admissions process before being accepted.

  • Jr. High students and their parents will be interviewed by the principal. 
  • Standardized test scores, recent report card, attendance, and conduct report from current school reviewed by principal.
  • Must provide copies of ISP’s or Accommodation Plans/Past Evaluation documentation if applicable.
  • All transferring students will take a math and reading assessment.

Our process

Order of Priority Registrations

  1. Current STM students and their siblings – Preference until the last Sunday in January.
  2. Parish families with new students whose siblings have graduated from STM and whose parents have remained active parishioners.
  3. Children of parish families who will be enrolling for the first time in STM.
  4. Non-parish families
